Terms of Service

Last updated 11 May 2026

By installing or using MoveCue, you agree to these terms.

What MoveCue is

MoveCue is a movement timer for routines you supply. You direct the app what to time; the app counts you through it with audio cues, haptic feedback, lock-screen controls, and a history calendar. We provide the framework. You provide the routine.

Not medical advice

MoveCue is not a medical product. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor any medical condition. We make no claims about physical outcomes.

Always follow the guidance of your physiotherapist, doctor, or trainer. If you have a health condition, talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing any movement routine.

Subscription terms

What's free vs. paid

The 14-day trial unlocks every feature. After the trial, you can still build routines manually, run them with the timer, and view your recent history at no cost. AI routine capture, the difficulty-graded heat-map history, smart reminders, and PDF export require an active subscription.

Acceptable use

Use MoveCue for your own personal movement routines. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the app, abuse the AI proxy with high-volume or off-purpose requests, or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws.

No warranty

MoveCue is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at movecue.app/terms, with the date of the last update at the top of the page.
